How We Operate:

•To be eligible, all applicants must be registered with Housing NSW and be able to supply a
  tenant file number (T.Number), which has an active or live status.
•Tenants can apply for a rent subsidy if they cannot afford the market rent.
•Tenants will be assessed for the rent subsidy by providing proof of income from their employer,
  Centrelink, Veteran Affairs or other income sources.
