Registration and Acredditation:
 
Homes Out West is registered with Housing NSW as a housing provider under the NSW Housing Act 2001.
Homes Out West also holds the highest Accreditation status of  Three Years against the National Community Housing Standards.

The stringent Accreditation process verifies the quality and capacity of the organisation to provide good practice in a range of areas. 
These currently include;

  o    Tenancy Management
  o    Asset Management
  o    Tenants Rights and Participation
  o    Working with the Community
  o    Governance and Organisational Management
  o    Management Systems
  o    Human Resource Management

Homes Out West has achieved this level of Accreditation three times, 2001, 2004 and 2008.
